Ceramic window tint installation at Supreme Wraps

APTERIX:SLR Nano-Ceramic Window Tint · Mesa · Gilbert · Chandler · Queen Creek

Window tint that actually beats an East Valley summer.

Cheap tint darkens the glass. Nano-ceramic film rejects the infrared heat that turns your car into an oven at SanTan Village. APTERIX:SLR blocks 99% of UV, cuts glare, keeps your phone and GPS working, and is installed to Arizona law by the same crew that does our paint protection work.

  • Nano-ceramic, not dyed or metallic
  • 99% UV blocked, serious IR heat rejection
  • No signal interference
  • Installed to Arizona tint law

Why the East Valley needs ceramic

Your cabin hits 140° in a Mesa parking lot. Here's what film changes.

Heat you can feel on day one

Ceramic film targets infrared, the part of sunlight that actually heats the cabin. Your car cools faster, the A/C works less, and the steering wheel stops burning your hands in August.

An interior that doesn't crack

99% of UV is blocked. That's what stops dashboards from cracking, leather from fading and screens from cooking in an Arizona summer. It's the cheapest interior insurance you can buy.

Glare on the 60 at 6pm

Westbound on the 60 or the 202 at sunset is brutal. Ceramic tint cuts glare without the mirror look of metallic film, and without blocking your phone, GPS or toll tag.

The film

APTERIX:SLR nano-ceramic

Our own window film, installed exclusively by Supreme Wraps locations. No metal layer, so nothing interferes with 5G, GPS, keyless entry or your toll transponder — and nothing to corrode or turn purple.

  • Nano-ceramic construction — heat rejection comes from the ceramic particles, not from how dark the film is. Even a light shade rejects serious heat.
  • 99% UV blocking — on every shade, including the lightest legal front-window option.
  • Color-stable — the purple, bubbling tint you see on older cars in the Valley is dyed film. Ceramic doesn't do that.
  • Multiple shades — from light and legal up front to full privacy in the rear. We'll show you real samples on real glass.

The install

What separates a clean tint from a redo

  1. 1Written quote by vehicle. Year, make, model and the windows you want covered. One number, in writing.
  2. 2Computer-cut patterns. Film is cut to your exact glass before it touches the car. No blades on your windows, no gaps at the edges.
  3. 3Clean-room prep and install. Glass is decontaminated and the film is laid in a dust-controlled bay. That's the difference between a clean install and a bubbled one.
  4. 4Cure and inspect. Most vehicles are done the same day. We walk every window with you before you leave.

The honest comparison

Why the cheapest tint quote in Mesa is the most expensive one

Dyed or metallic film

Darkens the glass but rejects little heat
Fades purple and bubbles within a few Arizona summers
Metallic layers interfere with phone, GPS and toll tags
Often hand-cut on the glass, so edges gap and peel
You pay to strip it and do it again

APTERIX:SLR nano-ceramic

Rejects infrared heat at any shade
Color-stable — no purple, no bubbling
No metal, zero signal interference
Computer-cut to your exact glass
Done once, done right

Arizona tint law, plainly

We install to state law so you never get pulled over for it

33%

Minimum light transmission on front side windows in Arizona. We'll show you exactly what that shade looks like.

Any

Rear side windows and back glass can go as dark as you like, including full privacy.

AS-1

Windshields get a strip above the AS-1 line. Ask us about a light ceramic full windshield for heat without darkness.

Law summaries change; we confirm current Arizona requirements at the time of your install.

Questions East Valley drivers ask us

How much does ceramic window tint cost in Mesa?+

It depends on the vehicle, how many windows you cover and the shade you choose. Send us your year, make and model and we reply with one exact written number — not a range that changes after the car is in the bay.

Does ceramic tint really keep the car cooler?+

Yes. Quality ceramic film rejects a large share of the infrared energy that heats your cabin, so a car parked in a Gilbert lot in July is noticeably cooler when you get in and reaches a comfortable temperature faster. Cheap dyed tint mostly just darkens the glass.

Will it interfere with my phone, GPS or toll tag?+

No. APTERIX:SLR has no metal layer, so there's nothing to block 5G, GPS, keyless entry or your toll transponder. That's a common problem with metallic films, not ceramic.

How long does installation take?+

Most vehicles are done the same day. Film takes a few days to fully cure in the heat, so leave the windows up for about three days afterward.

Can you remove my old purple tint first?+

Yes. We remove old film and adhesive properly before installing new, including on rear glass with defroster lines, which is where DIY removal usually does damage.

Can I combine tint with paint protection film?+

Absolutely, and many East Valley customers do both in one visit: APTERIX paint protection film on the outside, ceramic tint on the inside. Ask for a combined quote.
