APTERIX:CLR Color PPF · Scottsdale · Paradise Valley
Color PPF changes the color of your car and protects the paint underneath it with a self-healing film, which is a different tradeoff from a vinyl wrap. Tell us your year, make and model and the color you have in mind, and we send a written quote for your exact car.

What you get
APTERIX:CLR is color paint protection film, so the color you choose is part of a film that also guards the paint under it. Pricing depends on the vehicle and the color, so we quote every car in writing instead of publishing a number that would not fit yours.
Move your car to a new color without repainting it, with the finish and shade chosen with you before anything is ordered.
The film itself is paint protection film with a self-healing top coat, so light swirls and wash marks flow back smooth instead of staying in the surface.
Send the year, make, model and color and you get a written quote for that car, which is the number we install to.
We install both, so we have no reason to push you toward the one that does not fit.
The film
Apterix is our own film line, installed by Supreme Wraps and select partners, and APTERIX:CLR is the color paint protection film in that line.
The install
A color change is a bigger job than a front-end film, and the steps below are what keep it clean from the first panel to the last.
Color PPF is paint protection film that comes in a color, so it changes the look of the car and protects the paint under it in one install. At Supreme Wraps we use APTERIX:CLR for this.
We do not publish a starting price for color PPF because it depends on the vehicle and the color you choose. Send us the year, make, model and color and we reply with a written quote for your car.
It is a different tradeoff rather than a better one. Color PPF changes the color and protects the paint with a self-healing film, while a vinyl wrap changes the color but is not a protective film, and a wrap can be the better choice when you want custom graphics.
Yes, clear Apterix film in gloss or matte is a separate service we offer, and you can ask about it in the same quote request.
It depends on the vehicle and how much of it is covered, because a color change involves more panels and more preparation than a front-end film. Your written quote includes a timeline for your car.
Yes, our Acoma Dr shop serves Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, and you can bring the car in or send photos first.
